    I requested a transfer almost three days ago and am becoming very frustrated. I know much of the problem is my fault because I didn’t provide a correct password to my old host account. My files have been transferred ut my databases have not.

    However I knew there might be a problem so I would ask if everything is OK only to receive a crytpic message several (8 or more) hours later asking for the password. I asked to speak with someone live, but nobody replied to the request.

    Last night I finally received a response not long after I sent a third e-mail asking for some help (with a copy to your COO). However I had just gone to bed and wasn’t able to provide the information until this morning. I asked that someone contact me soon to confirm that the password I sent worked (I had my current host reset it to be sure it’s correct). I’ve been waiting over 6 hours for a reply.

    Is there some way to escalate this or can I talk to a live person for 3 minutes just to confirm you have what you need? Or do you have instructions I can follow to transfer the databases myself?

    I understand your need to handle this by e-mail only. But delays of 6+ hours between a question and answer (from different people each time) causes a lot to be lost in translation.

    Sorry for the rant. But this is holding up a rather complex project.
