Hostgator Review by monyamic – Not taking it for granted

I have been with HG for about 5 months and am on a learning curve. I have found that the support I get is first class and has helped me no end. I am particularly pleased with the way I am told what was done to resolve the issue as this is how I learn stuff. Just recently I put in a cheeky call for help on a website issue and the whole problem was fixed straight away WITH an explanation of what the problem was and how it was fixed.

I now feel compelled to write this to say thanks and to make sure that I don’t start to take this excellent service for granted by not getting uptight if HG don’t respond to my request for help in 14 mins instead of 15.
