Hostgator Review by jacci – Support Chat/Tickets

Been with the Gator about 18 months now. Only had to use the support system a very few times. Had a mod security problem today with a new addon domain. Took about 30 seconds to get onto the live chat, Carl was extremely pleasant and helpful. The problem could not be resolved in chat and was bumped up to a ticket. By the time i had said thanks and logged out of the chat, an email had come in with the problem resolved.

Once again i am astonished and pleased with the service i have found at hostgator, after moving here from another host, couldnt imagine being with anybody else!!!!
