Im new to the hosting world, so if im mistaken on this, I appologize. I recently had a clients site suspended for spamming. While I totally agree to the suspension, and time it can take to make certain that all the proper steps are taken, I do not see how 24 hrs can go by without a response at all. Much less 48 hrs and the only responses I got were

I have around with WHT for sometimes and I saw a lot of review both good and bad concern HostGator.com .
I am considering hosting my site on HostGator.com soon but want to ask some advice from you guys first.I chated with the support team at HostGator.com and their respond is fast and to the point. below is my conversation with them (my nick is pkay):
Do anyone of your hosting a Drupal site at HostGator.com ?
If you do, Does Drupal work fine?And finally I want to hear your comments about HostGator.com again.I do my homework by searching the forum but I want to hear the comments once again
